The Team

My name is Wilson Reyes and I am the president of Lord & Associates LLC.  At Lord & Associates our driving force and mission is a family centered team dedicated to providing spiritual guidance and support. The core members of our team are my wife, Noemi and our son Ethan who plays a crucial role as our apprentice.  Each member brings unique skills, experiences, and perspectives.  We work collaboratively to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support on their spiritual journey. 

Wilson Reyes

Wilson has over 35 years of ministry experience which positions him as a seasoned leader, coach and spiritual mentor. Throughout the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of human struggles through the transformative power of faith. Wilson has successfully coached, mentored and counseled numerous individuals in navigating their spiritual battles, guiding them towards healing and emotional well-being. His passion for facilitating personal transformation and commitment to service infuses our mission, enabling us to effectively support our clients in meaningful ways. Wilson is also a prolific speaker and teacher whose deepest desire is to equip and empower people with the truth of Jesus so they can produce good fruit that promotes and nurtures spiritual growth in their journey.

Noemi Reyes

Noemi has extensive experience in pastoral care, coaching, mentoring, and counseling, having spent over three decades in various ministry roles.  Her ability to connect with people on a personal level allows her to provide empathetic support, fostering a nurturing environment for our clients.  Her previous accomplishments include leading community outreach initiatives and organizing spiritual retreats, which have equipped us with a strong foundation for understanding the diverse needs of individuals seeking guidance. In addition, Noemi is a dynamic speaker with a deep profound passion for teaching the revelatory Word of God so others can comprehend and expand their knowledge in God that will assist them effectively in their spiritual path. She also is prophetic and has the gift of dream interpretation.

Ethan Reyes

Ethan, as an apprentice, brings fresh insight and technological skills that align with today's fast-paced, digital environment. His experience with social media platforms and online marketing strategies will aid in expanding our reach and engaging younger audiences. By harnessing these modern tools, our team can create a sense of community among our clients, share uplifting content, and promote spiritual growth in innovative ways. Ethan has a prophetic edge with a passion for coaching, mentoring and teaching others one-on-one or in group settings to encourage them while enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the truth of the person of Jesus to promote effective growth in their spiritual walk.
